Complete your Completion Status before the upcoming FE Due Date on 1/30/2013

We have gotten a number of calls from users who have successfully uploaded the 4^th quarter 2012’s GADS data and the “Completed” status shown in the red box below is still “No”.

To complete your data submittal for 2012, please login to your webE-GADS account and go to the checklist. Click the command button, Update Checklist or Completion Status (at the bottom of the above form), and the FE Checklist Entry form will be displayed.

Complete the checklist entry form to finalize your data submittal for 2012.
